To their credit, the Crimson Tide have been trying to step their game up in that regard for the future.Today, Alabama and Wisconsin announced they have scheduled a future home-and-home series. The games will take place in 2024 and 2025.The Badgers will host the Crimson Tide in Madison on Sept. 14, 2024, while Alabama will return the favor in Tuscaloosa on Sept. 13, 2025.This will be the third and fourth times these two accomplished programs have met. They split the first two. Alabama beat Wisconsin in the AdvoCare Kickoff Classic in Arlington, Texas to open the 2015 season, while the Badgers won the first meeting back in 1928.Badgers are booked. ✔️Home-and-home series for 2024 and 2025 seasons.🗒️» https://t.co/XD2lO8Q5xN#BamaFactor #RollTide pic.twitter.com/ZhRMCx6i1Q— Alabama Football (@AlabamaFTBL) July 29, 2019With Wisconsin now on the docket, Alabama will face Texas (2022-2023), West Virginia (2026-2027), Notre Dame (2028-2029) and Oklahoma (2032-2033) in future non-conference series.The Badgers meanwhile will play Notre Dame in 2020 and 2021, Washington State in 2022 and 2023, Pitt in 2026 and 2027, UCLA in 2029 and 2030 and Virginia Tech in 2031 and 2032.In that time frame, Wisconsin also has non-conference matchups scheduled against Army, Buffalo, Hawaii and others.We’re always down to see two major programs square off early in the season, especially when it is an SEC-Big Ten battle. Count us in as being big fans of this series being scheduled.
